Thank you for booking your event/tour tickets with The Sumi Groups! We aim to provide a clear and fair refund and returns policy. Please read the following carefully.

1. General Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for event and tour tickets purchased through The Sumi Groups website or its authorized platforms.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day eligibility window, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: In your request, please include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Order number/Booking confirmation number
    • Name of the event/tour
    • Date of the event/tour
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Number of tickets for which you are requesting a refund
  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days to confirm receipt and inform you of the status of your request.
3. Refund Processing
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any booking fees or processing charges associated with the original purchase may be non-refundable. This will be communicated to you during the refund process.
4. Event Cancellation or Significant Postponement by The Sumi Groups or Organizers
  • Cancellation: If an event or tour is cancelled by The Sumi Groups or the event organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the cancellation and the refund procedure.
  • Significant Postponement: If an event or tour is significantly postponed to a new date or time, you will have the option to either:
    • Retain your ticket for the rescheduled event/tour.
    • Request a full refund of the ticket price. You will be notified of the postponement and the options available to you. The 7-day refund window will not apply in this specific scenario; instead, a reasonable timeframe for requesting a refund due to postponement will be communicated.
  • Minor Changes: Please note that minor changes to event timings, locations (within reasonable proximity), or supporting acts may not qualify for a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances (unless within the 7-day eligibility window from purchase):

  • Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window has passed (except as outlined in Section 5).
  • If you are unable to attend an event or tour for personal reasons not covered by event cancellation or significant postponement.
  • If you have violated the terms and conditions of the event/tour or our website.
  • For partially used tickets.
  • If the ticket was purchased through an unauthorized reseller. We are only responsible for tickets purchased directly through The Sumi Groups.
  • Lost or stolen tickets (unless otherwise specified by the event organizer’s policy and proof of purchase can be verified).
6. Ticket Transfers

In some cases, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another person. Please check the specific terms and conditions for the event or tour you have booked, or contact our support team to inquire about transferability. The Sumi Groups is not responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized ticket transfers.

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider, we kindly request that you first contact The Sumi Groups support team to resolve any issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in you being blacklisted from future purchases.
