Refund and Date Change Policy – Dear Father
- Ticket Refunds
All ticket sales for Dear Father are final and non-refundable, except in the following limited circumstances:
If the event is canceled by The SUMI Group, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.
If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their tickets to the new date. Refunds will only be available if the new date does not work for the ticket holder, and requests must be submitted within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
In the event of an unforeseen venue change, tickets remain valid. Refunds will only be issued if the new venue is located more than 20 miles from the original venue.
- Date Changes / Ticket Transfers
Ticket holders may request a date change to a different performance of Dear Father (subject to availability) up to 5 days before their scheduled show. A £10 admin fee per ticket applies.
Tickets can be transferred to another person at no extra charge. The SUMI Group must be notified at least 48 hours before the show to update ticket details.
No date changes or transfers will be allowed within 5 days of the event unless under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of The SUMI Group. - No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
If a ticket holder fails to attend their scheduled performance, their ticket is forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Late arrivals may be denied entry or admitted at an appropriate break in the performance, subject to the venue’s discretion. - Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond The SUMI Group’s control (such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), The SUMI Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event without refund, with alternative ticket options offered where possible.

General
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from The Sumi Group. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with The Sumi Group. The Sumi Group reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. The Sumi Group also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent
Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from The Sumi Group again, just sign up as you did the first time and The Sumi Group will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at Infoqueries@thesumigroup.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrolment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
